Check-in is between 2 pm and 5 pm on the day of arrival. Please call ahead to make arrangement if you are going to be a late arrival. 
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Please close the front door behind you. A departure checklist can be found at the end of this guide. 

House Info

1. Door Code

The front door locks automatically so you'll need to remember the code you were given.  
2. Parking

Two designated parking spots are provided directly in front of the unit labeled 17869.
3. No Smoking

Smoking on the patio is permitted, however smoking inside the
property is forbidden and will be treated as damage. 
4. No Pets
Coffee Machines
A traditional drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine are available.
BBQ Grill
​A shared grill is provided on the ground level for guests to use. The local fire dept. prohibits grilling on the wooden decks.
 A grill brush is located in the kitchen cabinets. 
Trash
​Trash cans are located behind the fence on the west end of the building. Trash pick up days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Tap Water
​Tap water is generally considered safe to drink in Panama City Beach. (www.tapsafe.org) 
Cleaning
​If you need it, a broom is located on each floor of the house. General cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink. 
Air Conditioning
​The house is equipped with Nest units that control the heating and cooling. Each floor has its own unit and own Nest control.

Smart TV
​All bedrooms and living room are equipped with smart TVs. 
Cable TV
​All bedrooms and living room are equipped with cable TV.
Netflix
​Netflix as well as other streaming services can be accessed by logging into your personal account on the smart TVs. 
Alexa
​All bedrooms are equipped with Alexa for information and music. To activate, say "Alexa, play acoustic rock” or “Alexa, set an alarm for 6 AM.”
Charging
​Charging cubes are attached to the wall by each bed. These charging stations are stationary and should not be moved or removed. 
Remotes
Please leave TV remotes and fan remotes in the room they control.

Swimming Pool

1. Children must be supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
2. ​Please keep gate closed and follow the posted swimming rules. 
3. Please ensure pool furniture, if available, remains inside of the gated pool area. 

Departure Checklist

  1. Remove trash and put in the bins behind fence on the west end of building.
  2. Put dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
  3. Clean out the refrigerator.
  4. Please leave bed linens on the bed.
  5. Please ensure the umbrellas are down and secured on the patio deck.
  6. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked.
  7. Please complete a final check for all your personal belongings!
